The Story of CPCS
Centre for Counselling & Psychology Services (CPCS) was established in 2008 by the Department of Psychology of HELP University, to provide a platform for staff, students and the public to access psychological services. We offer a wide range of services, including therapy for individuals, couples, and families, psychological assessment, as well as seminars and workshops. Our team is comprised of highly experienced and trained professionals who are passionate about helping others
We strive for..
A safe and supportive environment where you can process difficult emotions and thoughts without fear of judgment or criticism.
We ensure that your unique needs and perspectives are respected in all aspects of your care. We believe that everyone deserves to be heard, respected, and treated with dignity regardless of gender, race, sexual orientation, or ability.
We help you tap into your inner strength and develop the courage to make positive life changes by developing new skills through a combination of self-reflection, goal-setting, and practical exercises, hence living a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
We take an evidence-based approach to care. We develop individualized treatment plans based on the latest research and best practices in the field, ensuring that each of our clients receive the highest quality of care.
